1.お客様に関する情報の定義
当社が運営するWEBサイト「GALAXY BROAD SHOP」をご利用するにあたっては会員登録が必須であり、郵便番号、住所、氏名、年齢、性別、電話番号など、お客様を特定する情報を提供していただきます。これらの情報は、当社が提供するサービスをご利用いただくにあたり、お客様に正確に商品をお届けするためや、お客様からのご注文・お問い合わせ等に関して当社からご連絡させていただくために必要な情報です。こうした情報を「個人情報」（以下「個人情報」とする）として取扱います。

当社は、会員ご本人からのご要望に基づき、アカウントの利用停止（退会）および個人情報の削除に対応しております。退会・削除をご希望の際は、お問い合わせ窓口よりご連絡ください。
なお、ご注文履歴等の取引情報がある場合、安全なお取引の維持（チャージバック対応・不正利用防止等）および法令遵守の観点から、最終のご注文日より一定期間（最長6か月）情報を保管させていただきます。
保管期間経過後は、適切な方法により削除または匿名化いたします。

5.セキュリティについて
当社におけるプライバシー保護及び個人情報のセキュリティ対策といたしましては、システムに保存されているものについては、業務上必要な社員だけが利用できるよう、システムでアクセス権限を限定し、アクセス権限管理を実施しています。
