ABOUT SHIPPING

● Shipping fees
You will be charged one shipping fee per order.
You may purchase multiple items at once using the shopping cart feature available on this website. After choosing a product, please click on the [CONTINUE SHOPPING] button instead of the check-out button [カートへ], and do the same for all the items you wish to purchase.
After adding all the desired items to the cart, please click on the check-out button [カートへ] to complete your purchase.
If you order several items together they will all be shipped in a single package, aligned with the latest shipping (sale) date among the items. Please note that we cannot ship items purchased together separately, nor can we combine items purchased separately into a single shipment. Thank you for your understanding.


About Domestic Shipping

We charge a flat domestic shipping fee of 902 JPY per order (except for orders shipped to Okinawa), regardless of the product's type, quantity or price.

Your order will be shipped approximately one week after it was placed. In case a shipping date is stated on the specific product's page or the artist's website, the order will be shipped out on that date.
You will receive an automatic "Shipping Notice" e-mail once your order has shipped.
For more detailed information, please check the tracking number stated in this e-mail.
If after 1 week since the expected shipping date stated on your specific product's page you still have not received it, please reach out to us from the Inquiry page.

About delivery of products within Japan

The products will be delivered by a home delivery service (Sagawa Express).

The products are expected to be delivered within approx. 1 week from when the order was made. For made-to-order products, they will ship at the planned shipping date stated on the product page or the artist's official website.

Please note that our warehouse does not ship any orders on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and during the summer/winter holidays (as indicated on the website).

Please note that the delivery may be delayed or become impossible due to the reasons listed below.
*We are processing a large number of orders.
*The product(s) is temporarily out of stock.
*The order was placed in a period when delivery is not possible due to weather conditions or other reasons.

We cannot accept requests for special wrapping as gifts, etc.

If you are not at home when the courier attempts the delivery, please follow the pick-up / redelivery instructions stated on the missed delivery slip left in your post box.

If an item is returned to our warehouse due to not being picked up within the package pickup deadline, an additional fee will be required for reshipping. Thank you for your understanding.

We keep enough stock for the products, but please note that if we are waiting for an item to restock, the delivery may be delayed.
If one month after the payment you still have not received your order, please reach out to us from the Inquiry page.

About International Shipping

Please note that international shipping may take a while to be processed.

At check-out, GALAXY BROAD SHOP will automatically add to your order total and bill to your credit card an international shipping fee calculated on a 2kg basis regardless of the type, quantity, or value of the ordered items.

*The final shipping fee may considerably increase from the 2kg-based shipping fee chosen at the time of the purchase depending on the actual size and weight of the package once the order has been packed. Please note that, in this case, additional fees will apply.

Depending on the destination country, you may choose between EMS, International Parcel Post or Surface Mail as shipping methods. Please, choose your preferred one after carefully checking each method's shipping estimated time, traceability and fees shown on the check-out page.
Please note that there is a possibility that we need to change the shipping method or have to ask for some shipping-related additional fee depending on the destination country's delivery company and / or postal service situation. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Shipping Status for Surface Mail in International Orders
When choosing Surface Shipping (sea shipping), it will take approximately 2 to 3 months for your order to arrive (for more information, please check this website).
Additionally, once the ship departs from Japan, the tracking information is not usually updated until it arrives in the port of the destination country. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience until the shipment arrives.

Please note that, in some countries, tracking information may not be updated even after it has arrived.
For inquiries regarding the shipping status, please contact the local delivery service.

Please note that some items may not be available for overseas purchases due to restrictions on international shipping according to the Japanese postal service guidelines. For more information, check all the details here.

Please note that, when importing products from overseas, some Customs and other additional fees may apply depending on the laws and regulations of the destination countries. In that case, you will need to pay them separately when you pick up the package in addition to the payment you previously made at the GALAXY BROAD SHOP.
GALAXY BROAD SHOP is not responsible for handling, negotiating or bearing these costs.

We cannot accept requests for special wrapping as gifts, etc.

Please note that, due to the COVID-19 outspread, the Russian-Ukranian conflict and similar situations there may be some countries or regions that are not eligible for shipping.
Check the Japan Post website before placing your order to confirm which countries are available for shipping.

Confirmation e-mail

After your order was placed, an "Order confirmation" e-mail will be automatically sent to your address, so please check your order information once again. If you do not receive it, the e-mail address you registered to the service may be incorrect. Also, please also check the spam folder in your inbox as well as your mail settings.
Please note that you may also check your order history from your My Account page. If you did not receive an "Order confirmation" mail but your order is listed in your account page, your order has been correctly placed, so please check your order history as well.

If you enabled the e-mail reception from specific domains only, please make sure to allow the reception of e-mails from "@galaxybroadshop.com" to receive the communications sent from our website.

Please note that mobile network providers' emails (such as docomo, Softbank and EZweb, including au.com, etc.), iCloud and Hotmail have high-security settings on their servers, therefore you may be unable to receive the emails sent from this website. Please check your e-mail spam folder and, if you can't find the emails there either, please reach out to us by using an e-mail address that is not from the above-mentioned providers.
*We recommend using mail addresses such as Gmail or Yahoo!

If you have not received the confirmation e-mail, please check the above-mentioned points and reach out to us from the Inquiry page to request the confirmation e-mail to be resent.

● Changes on the delivery address

As a general rule, the delivery address may not be changed after placing an order.
Even if you modify your personal information, your order information will not be automatically changed, so if you need to change your delivery address after moving or similar, please reach out to us from the Inquiry page.

*Please note that it may not be possible to modify it depending on if the parcel is already on its way or the timing we receive the e-mail.

In case you want to modify your personal information (with no relation to any order in particular) you can always do it from the My Account page.

ABOUT PAYMENTS
【Credit Card】
Your credit card will be billed as soon as the order has been confirmed.
Supported cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express
We only accept lump-sum payments (no installments).
*Depending on the location of the payment processing company, your billing statement may indicate the country of use as "HK".

≪ In case of payment error ≫ *Please send an inquiry to your credit card's company for more information about the procedures to follow.

・Please note that if you do not update the basic information, such as the credit card address, your payments may not be processed correctly. Please check it before making a purchase.
・Please check your credit card limit.
・We recommend you to join your credit card's verification service.
・Your credit card's security may be activated and you may be unable to make your payment when making several payments at once on this website or by purchasing some expensive products.

You may still be able to use your card through Google Pay, so you may want to try them as well.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

● About adding or changing products in your order

You may not cancel or make changes to your order (including the payment method, adding or cancelling products, etc.) after it has been confirmed.
Please place your order when you are sure of it and its content.

● About returns and replacements of defective items

About returns and replacements of defective items for domestic orders
We do accept requests for returns and replacements only for defective items as long as the request comes within 7 days (including the day the parcel is delivered) since the order was delivered to the address stated at the checkout.
If the products you received are different from the ones you ordered or if they are damaged / dirty, please reach out to us from the Inquiry page, then send back the items by a cash-on-delivery service.

Please make sure to check all your items as soon as you receive them.
Also, please note that returns and replacements cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・The request was sent to us after the 7 days deadline without any specific reason.
・The items were damaged / spoiled by the customer.
・If the items are purchased outside the GALAXY BROAD SHOP (at concert venues, CD shops, bookshops, etc.)

In case you need to return or exchange a product, please be sure to contact us before proceeding with the return process. We may not be able to process your request if you return the product without prior notice or if the return method differs from our instructions. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that if the item you requested the replacement for is sold out, you will get a refund instead.

If one of your items is defective, please make sure to contact us before sending it back. Please note that if the item is returned without contacting us beforehand / it is shipped without following the instructions given by our staff, we may be unable to process your request.

If your item has been damaged during transportation, please contact the delivery courier company as soon as possible.

About returns and replacements of defective items for international orders
Please note that we will not take responsibility for any trouble that may arise during international shipping, including and not limited to partially or fully damaged, broken or lost products, undelivered or lost parcels etc. Please understand that we cannot accept refund or return requests in any of these cases.

In the unfortunate case you have any issue with your order that is not considered to be due to the shipping process, such as and not limited to misprints, defective products, wrong items etc., please reach out to us within 7 days since the order was delivered to the address stated in the check out to get support. Also, please note that returns and replacements cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・The request was sent to us 7 days after the parcel's arrival without any specific reason.
・The items were damaged / spoiled by the customer.

● Warnings about purchases made through international forwarding services

We only ship the products to the delivery address stated at the checkout; therefore, we are not responsible for any trouble that may arise from the international forwarding of the parcel.
If you have any issue with your order, such as and not limited to damages or missing items, please inquire to the international forwarding service that you used to place the order.

Please note that by using an international forwarding service, your order will be handled as a domestic order. In the unfortunate case you have any issue with your items that is not considered to be due to the shipping process (such as and not limited to misprints, defective products, wrong items, etc.), domestic order exchanges / returns policy applies and your request can be handled only in the case it comes within 7 days since the order was delivered to the address stated at the checkout (international forwarding service's warehouse, etc.).
